Lesimpex this year developed a new elitist product of superior quality called the 'Garden Wellness House'. It has been invented using extraordinarily accurate computer technology with the entire construction being made of wooden logs which are glued together. 45 mm thick beams make up the inner walls, while the outside of the building is covered with heat-treated wood. The floor is made from a covering of pinewood tiles, size 9cm x 9cm, which are screwed onto glued holders in the floor construction. The insulated roof and the lowered ceiling conjure a feeling of well-being inside the building. In order to let in more natural light, we fitted aluminium windows and panoramic sliding glass walls with 4/12/4 insulated glass. All the newly-installed materials used are crucial to the relaxed and comfortable inner pleasantness of the structure. It can be supplied in one size 400 x 600, in a variety of variations.

In the 'Office' variation it can serve either as an office, outdoor business premises or for any other business usage in harmony with nature. The 'Fitness' variation can be also equipped with a sauna, massage whirlpool or fitness equipment – all extra options on offer.
